A break is required as well as focus

A required day is achieved with at least 60 seconds of focus and at least one break.

Daily requirements

  • At least 60 seconds of focus
  • At least one break session
  • The day is required by your schedule

Required-day modes

Daily requires all seven days. Weekdays requires Monday through Friday. Advanced mode lets you choose days individually.

Missing an optional day does not break the streak. Missing a required day recalculates the streak from that date.
